Creative Healing for New Selves and New Worlds (BIPOC only)

Workshop Overview

This workshop invites participants to reconnect with their natural creative rhythm and dismantle societal or internal structures that restrict creative flow. It encourages redefining what it means to be an “artist,” moving away from rigid, external expectations toward a more personal, intuitive creative practice.

Key Themes

  • Innate Creativity: Creativity is a fundamental human trait shaped by culture, community, and personal experiences.

  • Reclaiming the Artist Identity: Society often isolates the idea of “the artist,” causing many to overlook their own everyday creativity.

  • Authenticity in Practice: Emphasizing your own rhythm and method fosters grounding, flow, and stronger personal boundaries.

  • Inclusivity: Open to all experience levels and artistic mediums—BIPOC ONLY.

Facilitator

Tieara Myers — a seasoned teacher, healer, and psychic from Portland, OR with 15+ years of experience. She focuses on helping others expand their vision, find balance, and step confidently into their creative lives.
